Can Luz is a beautiful summer villa with seaview, close to Cala Bassa and Cala Conta. The nearest beach is only 10 minutes walk from the house! It's located in Sant Augustin, in the South West of Ibiza, in a quiet area.
This very nice new villa, perfect for 8 people, has a lots of places for everyone to enjoy: a great swimming pool with terrace and sun chairs, a cosy covered dining place with a summer kitchen and BBQ, a beautiful rooftopbar and lounge for the sunset time, a nice garden for the kids to play, with petanque court, hammoc...
The house is decorated in a serene atmosphere, with natural materials like wood and rattan. There is a nice living room with a comfy sofa and dining table for 6, overlooking the pool, a complete kitchen with the laundry just next to it, and a great family room with TV-corner and a pool table, perfect for good moments together.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, sharing a large bathroom, and 2 more bedrooms on the first floor each with ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom has large closet and airconditioning.
